UCF students Spring Break’s date is March 13th- 18th and whether you are staying in Orlando to save money or you just want to spend time in the central Florida area, here are some ideas so that you can make the best out of your spring break!

There is no need to spend money if you decide to go to Cocoa Beach and lay in the sun and get a tan but most importantly relax from all the homework and exams. It is only 45 minutes away from UCF and you can also find free parking, just make sure you stay hydrated!

Of course we can’t forget about our residents who are staying on property so on March 17th The Marquee is hosting a St Patrick’s Party by the pool just bring your towels and we will provide the refreshments!

- "Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon" at Universal Orlando Resort

- Miss Adventure Falls
Created for all ages, join your family for the longest ride in Disney Water Park history! Located at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Miss Adventure Falls is a full two minutes of splashy family fun aboard a treasure raft venturing out in the high seas.

- Planet Hollywood Observatory
Besides the over-the-top food and fun atmosphere, check out the completely new Stargazers Lounge for Florida craft beers, hand-crafted cocktails and gigantic thirst quenchers served in souvenir glasses.

- Skull Island: Reign of Kong
Your adventure beings as the gates to the temple open exposing a labyrinth of caves. Once inside, it's an all-too-close view as a raging struggle ensues between massive creatures before their focus shifts on the credulous riders leading to the big reveal - Kong.

Have you dreamed of soaring in the air, but are not quite ready to leap out of a moving airplane? Try the milder version of skydiving with indoor skydiving at i-Fly. The new location, opening April 27, 2017 at 8969 International Drive, is equipped with two all-glass wind tunnels and an open single-story floor plan that allows I-Drive passersby to see tourists in action.

Stop by for the desserts at the ice cream shop and stay awhile for dinner. Dessert first! Its next-level chocolaty goodness with one-of-a kind gourmet treats, specialty custom flavored milkshakes, and hearty appetizers and entrees at this new chocolate-focused dining destination.

- Mako at SeaWorld Orlando
Infamous among the seas for being big, fast and fearless, the Mako shark has taken on a new form as the tallest, longest and fastest roller coaster in Orlando, attracting thrill seekers to SeaWorld.

- Disney World's Frozen Ever After Ride
Fans of Queen Elsa and Princess Anna will be transported to the royal sisters' home with the opening of Frozen Ever After at the Norway Pavilion at Epcot.
