We are so happy that you have made The Marquee Apartments your new home. Now it’s time to decide whether you want to renew your lease for next year. Can you believe planning for housing in Fall 2021 starts now? UCF’s off campus housing community has already begun leasing for next year. So why renew so soon? The earlier you renew your lease, the lower the rates you’ll be able to lock down. We will be offering lower prices on a first come first serve basis. Do you enjoy your room layout? Did you make new friends with your roommates? Then you should reach out to our leasing office to see your renewal options! Did you know that you do not have to renew for the same room? You have the option to become a returning resident and renew for a new floor plan, bed space, or location! Make sure to consider all your options when preparing for housing next year. The Marquee is always here to help!

Having online classes this semester can cause a lot of additional stress and leave many students feeling overwhelmed! We want to make sure that is not you. Although you’re experiencing a “once-in-a-lifetime” education, and you are following your dreams, the fall season of your first year can be quite an adventure. Classes have never been harder, you are learning how to live with roommates, and you're away from your family and friends. So make sure you are taking care of yourself! We at the Marquee recommend taking a lounge day by the pool or enjoying one of our courtyard areas where there is peace and quiet to enjoy a nice book or two ! After all, it’s Florida where the weather is almost always great! Also, make sure you visit our events calendar on all of our social media platforms, so you can attend our events for the month and meet some of your lovely neighbors. Finally, don’t forget to exercise, our two state-of-the-art gyms can keep you in-shape while you let go of all of your stress!

I hope you are ready for the journey of a life time as we embark on a new adventure together. We know most of you are living on your own for the first time which is why we want to do all we can to make you a part of our community. We are doing our best to make sure that we keep move-in day safe and fun! Now that we have safely reopened some of our amenities, you’ll love taking a break from syllabus week to lounge by one of our four pool or kick back and relax in our club houses. The Marquee makes your college years feel like summer vacation!
